  •  Billing and Invoicing: Prepare and process invoices for services provided, ensure timely and accurate billing. Track and manage accounts receivable to ensure prompt payments.
  •  Reconciliation: Perform regular bank, credit card, and other account reconciliations to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data.
  •  Reporting: Generate all types of financial reports for management, with review of markers and trends.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, providing insights and recommendations for cost-saving opportunities.
  • Communication:  Liaise with vendors, clients, professionals and internal teams. Primary contact for audits. Develop financial vendors.
  • Vendor Management: Vendor and subcontractor selection. Develop procurement programs.
  • Planning & Strategy:  Participate in strategic planning, analysis of costs, and savings recommendations. Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency in document, data, and financial systems.

  • Contracts Management: Draft, review,  and negotiate a wide range of contracts; track compliance with contractual obligations; experience with grants, funding rules, and the grant lifecycle.
  • Insurance:  Review all policies and assess coverages; manage annual business, workers comp, and health Insurance renewals. Primary contact for audits.
  • Asset Management: Financial analysis and strategy of your current holdings. Tenants and leasing. Facilities maintenance and management. Capital improvements, and purchase or sale of assets.
  • HR:  All aspects of HR including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, legal compliance, benefits (health care and compensation), handbooks, and termination. 
  • Corporate Start Up or End:  Set up business (profit or nonprofit) including bylaws, articles, and local, state, and federal registrations and licensing. Wind down business through termination or buyout.
  • Legal Document Review: Review of documents for specific criteria or legal issues and provide summary and strategy. 

FEES

 I offer monthly fixed rate fees or an hourly rate, based on the monthly services needed or scale of project.
